Grounds Ambassador - Pine RoyaleThe Grounds (LANDSCAPER) Ambassador - Pine Royale is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and presentation of the golf course grounds, club facilities, and surrounding property. This role is a skilled, hands-on position focused on landscaping, maintenance, and equipment operation to ensure a polished, high-end club environment that meets member expectations. Unlike resort roles, this position is primarily operational and task-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency, precision, and upkeep of the grounds and equipment.Position SummaryYou will perform routine groundskeeping, maintenance work, and equipment servicing while supporting seasonal operations and ensuring all areas of the club remain safe, clean, and visually appealing.Groundskeeping & LandscapingPerform daily groundskeeping duties including:Mowing, edging, weed eatingLeaf blowing and debris removalLandscaping and turf maintenanceMaintain pathways, outdoor common areas, and course-adjacent spacesEnsure all outdoor areas meet high aesthetic and maintenance standardsGeneral Maintenance & RepairsPerform routine maintenance tasks including:PaintingPressure washingMinor carpentry and repairsAssist with upkeep of buildings, structures, and outdoor fixturesSupport seasonal prep including storm preparation and debris cleanupEquipment Maintenance & OperationsMaintain and perform basic service on:Golf cartsSmall enginesLandscaping and maintenance equipmentEnsure all tools and equipment are:CleanProperly storedSafely usedSafety & MonitoringIdentify and report property issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptlyFollow all company and departmental safety procedures and guidelinesEnsure work is executed safely and efficiently at all timesTeam & Operational SupportWork independently or collaboratively to complete assigned projectsSupport seasonal operational needs and property improvementsMaintain consistent work quality aligned with club standardsRequirementsAbility to perform physical labor for extended periods, including walking, bending, lifting, and standingComfortable working in various outdoor weather conditionsStrong communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-consciousPreferred QualificationsExperience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenanceBasic knowledge of equipment repair and small engine maintenanceFamiliarity with golf course or country club operationsStrong work ethic and pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor environmentsNDM Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
