If you've helped maintain acreage, mowed and landscaped properties, operated equipment, worked construction or outdoor jobs, or simply aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.Is This You? One day you may be mowing, trimming, planting, or maintaining landscaped areas. Another day you could be repairing a fence, troubleshooting irrigation, clearing snow, cleaning up a property, or helping make an outdoor space look better than you found it. You'll have opportunities to:Operate mowing, trimming, landscaping, and groundskeeping equipmentMaintain lawns, fields, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, and flowersPlant, water, fertilize, prune, and care for landscapingMonitor irrigation systems and identify problems before they become bigger issuesRepair fences, gates, irrigation components, and outdoor structuresMaintain sidewalks, parking areas, drainage systems, and surrounding propertyHandle seasonal property maintenance, including snow and debris removalSafely apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides when neededMaintain tools and equipment so they're ready when the job needs to get doneHelp with property improvements and other hands-on outdoor projects throughout Crown Co.We're looking for someone who can see what needs to happen and take ownership of it. Experience is great. Work ethic is better. This is an entry-level-friendly position, and we're willing to teach the right person. Experience in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, equipment operation, construction, or other outdoor work is a plus, but it isn't the only thing we're looking at.
