Job description
A bout the Role:
As a Grounds Mechanic, performs and oversees all grounds maintenance to ensure that the Northwest Hospital Campus is professionally maintained . Provides maintenance mechanic assistant services on all equipment within the entire Hospital facilities to ensure safety, reliability and compliance with established requirements..
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains, performs and oversees all grounds related duties.
Monitor weather-related conditions and provide lead to oversee snow removal.
Clean and maintain exterior lots and campus grounds for trash and debris.
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment, tools and grounds related equipment.
Requirements:
Education: HS diploma/GED preferred
Licensure: Full MD Driver's license (not provisional or permit) and good driving record
Experience: 1 to 3 years of related experience
Pay Range: $18.19 to $27.29 Based On Experience
