Job TitleJob Qualifications: Knowledge of underground sprinklers-repair/replace pumps, lines, heads Knowledge of landscaping equipment mowers, tractors, string trimmers, leaf/snow blowers, rotary edgers Preferred: Certification for pesticide applicator Preferred: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical skills Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain landscaping Mowing, planting, watering, sod laying, fertilizing, digging, raking, trimming, weeding Maintain sprinkler system Performs preventive maintenance on equipment Benefits: District benefit package for full time employees working 20+ hours per week: Medical/vision/dental insurance $30,000 life insurance with option to purchase additional coverage Employee assistance program (EAP) Unlimited accumulation of sick leave Personal, bereavement, professional leave, vacation (if applicable) Credit reimbursement of up to $300 per year
