GroundskeeperAs a Groundskeeper, the ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in contributing to a clean, safe, and well-kept marina environment. Park Marina (est. 1989) – Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full-service marina amenities that create a top-tier on-the-water experience.Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina groundsRemove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areasKeep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litterAssist with basic maintenance tasks as neededHelp ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderlySupport marina staff with general tasks and daily operationsFollow safety guidelines and marina procedures at all timesRequirements:Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.
