Groundskeeper And LandscaperExpress Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Groundskeeper and Landscaper to assist with maintaining and improving outdoor grounds. This position involves mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow removal, and general grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will have landscaping experience and be comfortable working outdoors.Key Responsibilities:Mow, trim, and maintain groundsPlant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and landscaping bedsApply lawn and landscape treatments as neededRemove snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lotsClean and maintain outdoor areas and equipmentPrepare vehicles and trailers for useMaintain groundskeeping equipmentAssist with work orders, moves, and setupsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious horticultural experience preferred2 years of residential or commercial landscaping experience preferredExperience with landscaping and grounds maintenance equipmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift over 50 lbsAbility to work with arms above shoulder heightAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
