Groundskeeper - Anheuser-Busch Cartersville BreweryLocation: Cartersville, GA, USCareer Area: FacilitiesThe Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining and improving site grounds. Assigned work such as mowing, trimming, leaf removal and duties related to inclement weather, such as snow removal, which may fluctuate by season.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains and improves facility grounds based on established sustainability guidelinesApplies planned designs to resolve landscaping needsPerforms tasks such as planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, shoveling snow, removing ice, etcOperates various types of equipment including power mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers, etcMay be required to operate trucks, tractors and attachments used to maintain grounds as neededResponsible for cleaning and upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, etcPerforms regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and toolsAdheres to all safety policies and procedure and reports any malfunctions/defects to supervisor immediatelyQualificationsPrevious experience in groundskeeping/horticulture preferredNon commercial driver's license requiredWorking knowledge of groundskeeping principals and power landscape equipmentMust be able to adhere to safety proceduresWork involves exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperaturesThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standingThis role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE)
