GroundskeeperMagnolia Vinings is looking for a Groundskeeper who thrives off using their attention to detail by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.Competitive compensation which includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on your start date)9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per yearMedical, dental and vision insurance401k with employer matchCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short term and long-term disability after 1 year of serviceResponsibilitiesInspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standardsRuns the trash compactorRemove trash and remaining items from vacant apartmentsPressure wash breezeways and common areasIn inclement weather, perform tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazardsComplete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requestedDemonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional mannerAdheres to all safety policies and proceduresOther duties and tasks as assigned by the managerQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plusValid Driver's license is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerWilling to work a flexible schedule including weekendsLegal authorization to work in the United StatesRAM Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
