Groundskeeper - CaprockAramark Nexus is hiring a Groundskeeper to support our Caprock workforce hospitality community near Mobeetie, Texas, approximately 30 minutes from Pampa and 90 minutes from Amarillo. This is a full-time, hands-on grounds maintenance and landscaping position paying $20.00 per hour, with free private housing and meals provided on site. As a Groundskeeper at Caprock, you will help maintain the appearance, safety, and overall condition of a large hospitality community serving hundreds of guests and employees. The role includes mowing, trimming, landscaping, maintaining sidewalks and parking areas, operating grounds equipment, and supporting seasonal needs.Compensation: Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees may receive: free private on-site housing, three meals per day, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, training, and opportunities for career growth within Aramark.Job Responsibilities:Maintains and improves facility grounds based on established sustainability guidelinesApplies planned designs to resolve landscaping needsPerforms tasks such as planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, shoveling snow, removing ice, etc.Operates various types of equipment including power mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers, etc.May be required to operate trucks, tractors and attachments used to maintain grounds as neededResponsible for cleaning and upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, etc.Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and toolsAdheres to all safety policies and procedure and reports any malfunctions/defects to supervisor immediatelyQualifications:Previous experience in groundskeeping/horticulture preferredNon commercial driver's license requiredWorking knowledge of groundskeeping principals and power landscape equipmentMust be able to adhere to safety proceduresWork involves exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperaturesThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.About Aramark: Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
