Service Assistant (Groundskeeper)IMT Residential is hiring a Service Assistant (Groundskeeper) for IMT Cool Springs, an 860-unit luxury community in Franklin. The schedule for this role is full time, Monday - Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is an entry-level role with a path to grow into a Maintenance Technician role.IMT Residential is a nationwide, multi-family residential investment and property management firm. You will maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing customer service to your residents.
