GroundskeeperPosition Overview We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Houston, TX. This on-site position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of outdoor areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable handling a variety of physical maintenance duties.Core ResponsibilitiesAlways follow all OSHA safety guidelines, using appropriate personal protective equipmentConsistently meet or exceed internal safety expectations on-siteKeep outdoor areas and facility surroundings clean, organized, and well-maintainedAssist with light maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed around the propertyComplete additional tasks and duties as requested by supervisorsPerform hands-on physical work including sweeping, shoveling, stooping, squatting, and bendingOperate groundskeeping tools and equipment in a safe and responsible mannerQualifications and SkillsComfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periodsA strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean and well-kept outdoor environmentsCapable of working both independently and in coordination with a teamPrior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent education preferred
