Groundskeeper/JanitorRed River Brick is the premiere brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S. Drawing its name from the Red River of the South, Red River Brick includes eight production sites across key brick markets in Texas and Oklahoma, with more than 70 unique residential and commercial design offerings distributed through eight direct retail centers.Responsibilities:Clean cement mixer and block machine/press at the end of shiftRemove built-up concrete and debris from equipmentMaintain cleanliness of plant grounds, including picking up trash and debrisClean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and office areasSweep, mop, and wash floors in plant and common areasEmpty trash cans and dispose of waste properlyAssist with basic maintenance tasks as neededKeep walkways and work areas clear and safeSupport the team with general housekeeping throughout the plantEducation:High School diploma or GED requiredExperience:Prior janitorial or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not requiredReliable and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detailWillingness to work in a manufacturing environmentAbility to perform physical work (lifting, walking, bending, etc.)Skills Required:Varying degrees of physical laborGeneral Shale offers a comprehensive benefits package, including, but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance and Vacation plans.Learn more about General Shale and its comprehensive portfolio of innovative brick and masonry solutions for commercial and residential structures at generalshale.com.An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
