We are hiring dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper positions for numerous Class A & B luxury communities. Our Groundskeeper team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.A Bit About the RoleEnsuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintainedGeneral grounds and pool maintenanceLandscape-planting and weedingTrash pickup and removalPerforming cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)LandscapingPool maintenanceRichdale is more than where you work, it's your home.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience requiredExperience in maintaining commercial grounds preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license requiredAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
