Indigo Apartments Groundskeeper / PorterIndigo Apartments is currently seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter in San Antonio, TX.ResponsibilitiesKeep the property clean and free of trash and debrisPick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spacesClean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areasMaintain dumpster and trash areasAssist the maintenance team with light tasks when neededReport any maintenance or safety concerns to managementHelp keep the community neat and welcoming for residentsRequirementsPrevious experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbsBenefitsCompetitive PayMedical and RxPaid Time OffRetirement and 401kShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityVoluntary LifeVisionDental
