Join Our Exceptional Maintenance Team at River Mews Apartments – Newport News, VAA community built, owned, and managed by Palms Associates, LLC.Today we seek a Groundskeeper for our vibrant community of 645 apartments and townhomes, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. As our Groundskeeper, you'll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming.What We Are Looking For:Basic Maintenance Aptitude – Can handle light landscaping, small repairs, or assist with cleanup and setups. Team Player & Communication – Works well with maintenance and leasing teams. Attention to Detail – Keeps all areas (grounds, walkways) clean and safe. Reliability & Work Ethic – Shows up consistently and on time.Technology & Communication Skills: Basic computer skills required, including MS Office 365 and mobile device use. Strong English communication (verbal and written) required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!What You'll Do: As our Groundskeeper, you'll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming.
