We've been recognized as a "Top Workplace" for 8 years in a row.As a member of our Grounds Maintenance team, you'll provide a variety of duties related to construction, installation, maintenance, upkeep, beautification and repair of Cemetery Grounds and environment.Duties will also include:Meet performance standards established with the employee's managerPerform general maintenance and repairs to Cemetery GroundsOperate powered equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, sod cutters, chain saw etc.Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, clippers, saws etc.May install and maintain sprinkler systems, perform landscape construction and maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, aerating, pruning, landscape and planting trees, shrubs, sod flowers, and lawn seedMay assist in burials at grave sitesRemove snow from walks, driveways and park lots when applicableSpread salt as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:One year of experience related field preferredValid New Mexico Drivers LicenseKnowledge maintenance equipment such as mowers, aerators, trimmers, etc.Know sprinkler systems design and installationSafety precautions associated with equipment operationsInterpersonal communication skills ability to communicate both verbally and writingAbility develop effective working relationships with supervisor subordinates and publicWhat You'll Love About Us:Great Company CultureTop Workplaces 8 years in a row (2016, '17, '18, '19, '20, '21, '22, '23)Going Places.
