Job description
GroundskeeperUG2 is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a one-story shopping center property. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, customers, and visitors while working safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesEmpty and replace trash can liners throughout the propertyPick up litter and debris across parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and common spacesOperate a golf cart to patrol and maintain the property efficientlyOperate a street sweeper to maintain clean roadways and parking areasUse pressure washers to clean sidewalks, curbs, storefront areas, and other exterior surfacesMonitor the property for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance concernsAssist with seasonal and weather-related cleanup, including rain, snow, or storm debris removal as neededMaintain equipment and tools in safe working conditionFollow all company safety procedures and property regulationsProvide professional and courteous interaction with tenants, customers, and team membersQualificationsValid Driver's License requiredPrevious groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferredAbility to operate or learn to operate equipment such as golf carts, street sweepers, and pressure washersStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctuality requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyMust be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snowAt UG2, a leader in facility services, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction.
