Job description
GroundskeeperPosition: Groundskeeper Department: GroundsPrimary Responsibilities:Seasonal mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, etc.Tree and plant demo / installationMulchingHand watering of large landscape beds, trees and sod areasDaily maintenance of annual flower bedsPracticing safety daily with use of equipment and hand toolsNormal Working Hours:7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with exception of snow removal and special projectsSaturday and Sunday work may varyWork Experience:Prefer(not required) to have at least 2 years landscape experienceMust be able to operate mowing equipment such as but not limited to mowers, weed eaters, edger's, blowers, etc.Proven to have the will to take initiative and demonstrate landscape competency dailyEducational Requirements:Must have High School Diploma or GEDCommunication Skills:Thorough understanding of Forbes Five Star standards and serviceSelf motivating daily which demonstrates the quality and efficiency expected by management
