The Groundskeeper supports general resort operations and grounds keeping function by ensuring the general upkeep of resort grounds and landscaping at all times.Landscaping / Grounds MaintenanceThe hourly wage for this role is $17.00.How You'll Make an Impact:Assist the Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.Pick up and dispose of site trash.Maintain clean conditions in refuse area.Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.Ensure site beauty and safety awareness by looking for and reporting faulty items requiring repair and maintenance.Monitor water/sprinkler systems throughout the resort keeping them at peak efficiency and in good repair.Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.Assist with the planting or removal off landscape and general grounds.What You'll Bring:Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners.Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
