Groundsman/LaborerR. J. Corman Railroad Services is seeking a Groundsman/Laborer in Albany, NY. R.J. Corman Railroad Services is a full-service railroad construction, maintenance-of-way and emergency response company with 17 divisions strategically located across the nation.What You'll Do:Material handling of heavy steel chains, blocks and steel cables, and other devices.Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being usedMaintenance, cleaning, and set-up of equipment requiring use of small and large tools including cutting torch and welding.Digging, hammering, and other physical types of work with various toolsBe comfortable working outside in all weather conditionsCommunicate with team and supervisor throughout the job processOther duties as assignedWhy Work for R.J.
