Job description

Shift: 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm No weekends
Job Description
Conduct skills and psychoeducational groups assigned to meet each client's challenges and needs
Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges
Escalate any significant client concerns to Clinical Director

Qualifications
Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADC) II and/orIII, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required
Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Strong presence and sound judgement
Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles
