Crunch is looking for talented, energetic, and passionate Dance and Pilates Instructors to join our Group Fitness Team! Whether you specialize in dance-based fitness, choreography, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, or other movement-based formats, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes specializing in dance, Pilates, or related movement-based formats.
Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all fitness and experience levels.
Use strong movement, musicality, choreography, and/or Pilates instruction skills to deliver high-quality classes.
Maintain all required fitness certifications, education, and CPR credentials.
Understand and follow all Crunch policies, procedures, and group fitness standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and our No Judgments philosophy.
Provide excellent member service and address member requests or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Collaborate with Group Fitness Managers to support class schedules, develop new skills, and meet evolving member interests and fitness goals.
Special Skills
Background in dance, choreography, Pilates, movement, or performance.
Experience teaching group exercise, dance, Pilates, or movement-based classes to diverse populations.
Strong communication, presentation, and class leadership skills.
Ability to create an energetic, inclusive, and engaging member experience.
Passion for helping others build confidence, improve movement, and achieve their fitness goals.
Performance, stage, or on-camera experience is a plus!
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent experience in dance, Pilates, fitness, movement, or performance.
Relevant Pilates, dance fitness, or group exercise certifications preferred, with credentials appropriate to the format being taught.
Current CPR certification required.
AFAA and/or ACE certification strongly recommended for applicable group fitness formats.
Compensation:
$55-$100 per class based on experience, education, and the number of formats and classes taught weekly.
