Clarks Summit Evening Prn CaregiverMentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You may also qualify for an additional $2/hour shift differential based on location and availability.Schedules Available: PRN shifts as needed (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; hours not guaranteed).PRN / Relief Positions: PRN caregivers are called in as needed to cover shifts for absent employees or fill open positions. There are no guaranteed hours or set schedule. To remain active, PRN staff must work at least one shift per month.Please read the requirements carefully:Must have a valid full Driver's License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and willing to transport clients in company van.Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression.Thrive as a Caregiver at Sevita.
