Job description
Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Boston seeks a Residential Manager to lead a DDS-funded group home for adults with intellectual disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, person-centered care in a welcoming home environment.
The role requires at least 1 year in a residential setting with individuals with disabilities, a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience, and strong communication skills.
