Job description
ADM is seeking a Group Manager, Food Ingredients at the Corporate Research Center in Decatur, IL. You will lead a scientists' team focused on sweeteners, starches, milling, and baking applications, guiding research, development, and technical service for customer solutions.
In this role you will mentor talent, plan resources, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate science into commercial ADM technologies.
