You'll help keep production running smoothly, support employee development, solve problems before they become downtime, and ensure safety and quality standards are met every day.This role serves as a key leadership position between production employees and Supervisors and is often the next step for individuals who aspire to grow into a Supervisor role.What You'll DoLead and support a group of production employees and work centers during your shiftEnsure materials, components, and supplies are available to support uninterrupted productionMonitor production performance, downtime, scrap, and reporting accuracyVerify employees are trained, qualified, and following standard work proceduresCoordinate job changes, line clearances, setups, and work order transitionsAssign break and relief coverage and support daily staffing needsPromote and enforce PPE, GMP, safety, and quality requirementsMaintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas consistent with 5S standardsReview production documentation for accuracy and completenessCoach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance expectationsIdentify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and organizationFill in for the Supervisor and lead shift meetings when necessaryModel our core value: OWN ITWhat We're Looking ForProven leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop employees while holding them accountable to expectationsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced operationBilingual English with Spanish or Creole is a must.Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentBilingual English Spanish or English CreolePrevious leadership, team lead, trainer, or supervisory experienceExperience working in GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S manufacturing environmentsBasic understanding of manufacturing equipment, processes, and production workflowsIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift Preferred (Not Required) Injection molding and/or blow molding experienceExperience with IQMS or similar ERP/manufacturing softwareInventory control experienceCareer GrowthThis role is a natural next step for Lead Operators, Setup Technicians, Team Leads, and acting Supervisors who want to grow into operations leadership.
