Job description
Ford Pro is seeking a Group Product Manager, Product Operations and Transformation to lead a matrixed product operations function. You’ll own the operating model, governance, and cadence across squads, building shared tools and datasets while delivering executive-ready roadmaps and metrics.
You will guide AI intensive ways of working, align teams, and prepare the organization for a decentralized operating model that accelerates value delivery across Ford Pro ecosystems.
