Job description
Mondrian South Beach is seeking a Director of Group Sales to lead hotel group accounts, drive revenue across rooms, food & beverage, and events, and maintain strong client relationships in a luxury Miami Beach setting.
You will manage solicitation strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting annual revenue targets.
