Job description
Rod 'N' Reel Resort is seeking a Group Sales Manager to generate new group business while nurturing key accounts. You will drive meeting, banquet, catering, and guest room revenue through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
Work with the Director of Sales and resort leadership to hit revenue goals, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build lasting relationships across corporate, association, government, and leisure segments in Maryland and adjacent markets.
