Catering & Event Revenue

Maximize food and beverage, meeting space, and ancillary revenue attached to group bookings.

Participate in weekly BEO and resume meetings and serve as the client’s advocate through execution.

Where applicable, solicit and book local catering and social business that fits the hotel’s event spaces.

Monitor market conditions, citywide and city-driver calendars, competitive set activity, and account trends to identify opportunity and displacement risk.

Maintain accurate, timely account, booking, and activity records in the hotel’s sales and catering system and related platforms (e.g., Envision, Cvent, Meeting Broker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting databases).

Partner closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and the regional sales team to align on strategy and deliver a seamless guest experience.
