Group Travel Booking SpecialistSavannah, Georgia, United StatesAre you passionate about travel and excited by the idea of helping groups plan unforgettable experiences together? We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Group Travel Booking Specialists. In this role, you'll help coordinate and organize group vacations, celebrations, and events—creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with group leaders to understand travel preferences, goals, and budgetsPlan and coordinate group trips, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and special eventsManage group reservations, deposits, and final payments accurately and efficientlyMaintain consistent communication and provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking processStay up to date on destination trends, vendor group policies, and promotional offers to provide expert guidanceQualificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel industry experience a plus)Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple group bookings at onceComfortable working independently in a remote environmentMust be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspaceWhat We OfferComprehensive training and ongoing mentorship—no prior travel experience requiredFlexible scheduling with the ability to work remotelyOpportunities to specialize in destination weddings, corporate retreats, cruises, and other group travel experiencesAccess to exclusive travel perks, discounts, and professional certificationsIATA accreditation available for qualified participantsSupportive and collaborative team environment focused on your success
