Job description
Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Crop Input Finance Director to lead and grow a sustainable crop input finance program in the Hiawatha area.
You will engage producers, sales staff, and customers to increase participation and value, while developing financing solutions that support producer needs and product sales. You will oversee program administration, risk management, lender relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with credit and operations.
