Job description
GEICO is seeking a senior Marketing leader to build cross-sell strategy, measurement, and lifecycle programs across auto, property, and specialty lines. You will audit current capabilities, define enterprise strategy, and stand up measurement from scratch, partnering across channels and regions to drive incremental policy growth.
The role requires 7+ years in product/growth marketing or CRM, experience shaping KPIs, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Hybrid work in Bethesda or NYC.
