Job description
HOST Management Group is seeking a driven Director of Business Development to grow our property management portfolio and expand our referral network in Florida. This on-site role focuses on generating new business, developing strategic relationships, converting leads, and managing opportunities from initial contact through signed management agreements and onboarding.
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $125,000+ with base plus commission. Strong earning potential for top performers is expected.
