Job description

MCI in the USA is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Growth and Capture to lead large-scale capture efforts across Federal and State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets. This role shapes winning strategies, builds senior-level relationships, and delivers competitive solutions aligned with MCI's business goals.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in capture management, deep knowledge of Federal and SLED procurement, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
