Job description
Confidential Manufacturing Organization in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead finance and accounting, report to owners, and influence strategic financial direction in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting/finance at CFO level; CPA or MBA preferred.
Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Benefits include 90% BCBS medical coverage, a ~10% annual bonus, 15% profit sharing, and flexible schedules.
