Job description
Superpower is seeking a commercially minded Head of CRO & Lifecycle to own the customer journey from first click to membership. You’ll set strategy and stay close to the work—designing hypotheses, shipping experiments, reading results, and refining the experience.
You’ll lead website, offers, quizzes, and personalization pathways while coordinating with Growth, Product, Brand, and Creative teams. We sponsor visas and can support relocation to the United States for the right candidates.
