Job description
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking an Associate Director of Growth, Data, & Research to own reporting, analytics, data governance, and data communications for fundraising, engagement, and growth initiatives.
The role leads the Growth Data and Research teams, translates complex data into actionable insights for leadership, and ensures accurate data management, gift entry, and mail list operations to support organizational priorities.
