Job description
Gusto is seeking an experienced, hands-on people manager to lead a data science and analytics team supporting Growth product initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver insights that inform strategy, optimize user experiences, and accelerate business growth.
You will guide senior leaders through data and AI strategy, coach scientists on problem solving, and drive rigorous analyses when needed.
