Job description
Join a part-time contract design role focused on evaluating and scoring design treatments for growth and experimentation work. This opportunity is ideal for someone with direct experience on growth teams who has helped run or analyze A/B tests and can bring a thoughtful, metrics-driven perspective to incremental product optimization.
Responsibilities
Review and grade design treatments with a focus on incremental growth and experimentation outcomes
Evaluate creative variations against defined criteria and surface clear, consistent judgments
Assess experiments using real performance metrics and observed results
Work on repetitive review tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
Contribute practical feedback grounded in hands-on growth or experimentation experience
Communicate your availability, time zone, and contracting status clearly during the screening process
Skills
Direct experience on a growth or experimentation team
Hands-on involvement in running or analyzing A/B tests
Ability to describe experiments with specific metrics, results, and learnings
Strong understanding of incremental optimization and iterative product design
Comfort working on repetitive evaluation tasks at a steady pace
Clear, honest communication about work style, experience, and availability
Ability to contract with a U.S.-based company
Preferred Skills
Background in product design, especially within growth-focused product surfaces
Experience with experimentation principles and what makes a treatment effective
Ability to articulate core principles of strong incremental growth product design
Examples of both successful and unsuccessful experiments, with thoughtful takeaways
Portfolio or work samples that support relevant experience
Availability for part-time contract work and flexibility to align with project needs
