Job description
FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies to own growth across the CGT network, including FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, California, Texas (Viral Gene Therapy), and Cellular Dynamics. You will guide the full lifecycle of complex CDMO deals and shape enterprise opportunities from concept to clinic.
You will build senior relationships with R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal; translate science into value and land high-impact agreements.
