Job description
Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Director, Client Development (Food & Beverage Manufacturing - Design Build/EPC) to lead major capital programs ($100M+). You will own bookings, pricing strategy, and client relationships across processing, packaging, utilities, and facility modernization.
In this role you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive pursuit strategy, and oversee delivery performance while maintaining executive-level client satisfaction and long-term profitability.
