Job description
Yami is seeking a Director of Non-Chinese Markets to own growth across English, Japanese, and Korean sites and lead a team of nine. You will plan and execute across acquisition, site operations, CRM, and creator growth while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Merchandising to optimize the customer journey.
You will drive end-to-end growth strategies, measure impact, and build scalable processes across multiple international markets, languages, and customer segments.
