Job description
Butler/Till in Rochester, NY is seeking a Director, Growth to own priority growth verticals, shaping go-to-market strategy, building senior-level relationships, and translating market intelligence into actionable strategy with measurable impact.
You will develop playbooks, establish scalable growth models, and partner with Growth and Marketing to align campaigns with pipeline goals. You will serve as the external voice of the vertical at industry events and leadership discussions.
