Mobile Bay Now seeks a Director, Business Development to lead growth in the Mobile Bay area and build a high-performing sales team. You will recruit, train and align the sales force with content teams to deliver value to clients and the audience.
You will develop in-market partnerships, drive revenue, and represent the brand with confidence, communicating offerings to clients and the public. Competitive base salary plus commission is offered along with strong benefits.
