Job description
Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods in Los Angeles seeks a high-performing Business Development Manager/Director to drive new customer acquisition and expand our retail and club presence. You will lead strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build momentum in a fast-paced seafood business.
The role requires 7–15+ years of sales experience, a business degree, and a bias for profitable growth. DOE compensation ranges from $140k to $180k with hybrid/remote flexibility.
