Job description
TuneCore is seeking a Director, Growth, to lead a holistic growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will own the growth roadmap, align with product and marketing, and drive measurable business outcomes in a high-growth environment.
You’ll build and lead a high-performing Growth organisation, partner with agencies, and translate insights into scalable programs that deepen artist relationships and increase platform value.
