Job description
The Buckle, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales and store operations.
You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, while progressing from the AIT role to the Assistant Manager level with broader responsibilities. You will lead by example in showmanship, product knowledge, and customer engagement, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for guests across the sales
