EZCORP's EZPAWN division in Gatesville, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 5-15 Pawnbrokers. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive revenue, and develop staff through coaching and structured performance reviews.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement within EZCORP's store network.
