Job description
Gold Coast Dental seeks an Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with aggressive growth and strong new-patient acquisition. This role rewards productivity with a 25% collections share and no income cap, plus a guaranteed $800 per day for the first 3 months during ramp-up.
Ideal candidates are clinically strong with ability to perform molar root canals and extractions, and comfortable with extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to support access-driven care.
